How It Works
We meet on Zoom twice a month (usually the 1st & 3rd Tuesday) from 8–10pm EST.
Each session includes:
An hour of mentoring, healing, meditation, etc.
An hour of group or partner practice (no pressure — chatting is totally okay!)
We end with Q&A and sharing to wrap up the evening.
