Session, Class & Event Policies

Thank you for choosing Angel Whispers Intuitive Healing, LLC. I am honored to share this sacred space with you. These policies are here so that every session, class, and event can be held with clarity, respect, and loving intention.

Individual Session Appointments

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened and may not receive the full scheduled time. Refunds or discounts are not given for late arrivals.

If you know you may be late, please email me as soon as possible at angelwhispers@kathyscace.com so we can determine whether there is still enough time to continue with your session. Please note that appointments may be cancelled without refund if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Kathy Scace and Angel Whispers Intuitive Healing, LLC reserve the right to refuse or discontinue an appointment, class, or service at any time, including in the case of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or repeated late arrivals.

For mediumship readings, please understand that I cannot guarantee that a specific loved one will come through. Spirit communication is received with love, but it cannot be forced or directed.

In the rare event that Kathy has an emergency, she will do her best to reschedule your session. Any travel arrangements or related expenses are the full responsibility of the client or student, and Angel Whispers Intuitive Healing, LLC is not responsible for compensation related to travel or missed arrangements.

Spiritual & Wellness Disclaimer

All readings, healing sessions, classes, retreats, and programs are offered for spiritual, educational, and personal growth purposes.

Information shared during a session is not intended to replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed medical provider, mental health professional, legal advisor, financial advisor, or any other qualified professional.

Kathy does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions, prescribe medication, provide medical treatment, or offer professional healthcare services. Reiki, IET®, readings, and spiritual guidance are intended to support and enhance your personal well-being and spiritual journey, not replace traditional care.

Any choices or decisions made after a session are always made by the client’s own free will and personal responsibility.

Virtual Group Sessions

All registrations for virtual group sessions are final.

Because space and energy are prepared in advance, there are no refunds, discounts, credits, or transfers if you are unable to attend. Please be mindful of any registration deadlines listed for the event.

If Kathy has an emergency, Angel Whispers Intuitive Healing, LLC will do its best to make arrangements in the following order:

Reschedule the virtual group session for another date, if possible.

Arrange for the session to be held by another qualified practitioner of Kathy’s choosing, if appropriate.

If circumstances are beyond the control of Angel Whispers Intuitive Healing, LLC, the business is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or cancellations caused by those circumstances.

Kathy reserves the right to refuse or remove a client or student from a group session without refund in the case of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or late arrival.

In-Person Group Sessions, Classes & Retreats

In-person group sessions, classes, and retreats are non-refundable.

Many in-person offerings have registration deadlines and begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please plan to arrive early so you can settle in and be present before the session begins.

If you arrive late to an in-person group session, class, or retreat, late entry may not be permitted. Doors may be closed or locked once the session begins to protect the energy and flow of the group.

If you are late or unable to attend, please contact us through the website contact form.

If you register for an in-person group class or series and miss one of the scheduled sessions, a refund, partial refund, or credit will not be issued. A make-up class may or may not be available depending on scheduling. Please speak with Kathy to see if a loving and reasonable resolution is possible.

If Kathy has an emergency, Angel Whispers Intuitive Healing, LLC will do its best to make arrangements in the following order:

Make alternate arrangements for students to complete the remainder of the class or group session at an agreed-upon time or virtually, if possible.

Arrange for the class or group session to be taught by another qualified teacher of Kathy’s choosing, if appropriate.

Angel Whispers Intuitive Healing, LLC is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control.

Kathy reserves the right to refuse or remove a client or student from an in-person session, class, retreat, or event without refund in the case of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or late arrival.

Online & In-Person Classes

Please refer to the website and the terms agreed to at the time of registration for your specific online or in-person course. If you need help locating this information, please contact us.

Kathy reserves the right to refuse or remove a client or student without refund in the case of misconduct or inappropriate behavior.

General Policy for All Services, Programs & Classes

For all services, programs, appointments, retreats, and classes, Kathy Scace and Angel Whispers Intuitive Healing, LLC reserve the right to refuse service, discontinue a session, or remove a client or student without refund when necessary, including but not limited to misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or late arrivals.

All services, appointments, retreats, and programs are intended for individuals who are generally in good health and who are not in need of urgent medical, psychological, or mental health treatment.

Angel Whispers Intuitive Healing, LLC does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition, mental health condition, disorder, or disease. Services are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychoanalysis, medical treatment, substance abuse treatment, or care from a licensed professional.

It is the client’s responsibility to seek independent guidance from licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional providers whenever needed.
