All sessions offered can be done in person, via phone call, or a video call using Zoom, Face Book Messenger, etc.
I can also connect to you energetically without the need to see or speak with you. People prefer this method when scheduling and/or different time zones are an issue. A photo can be helpful but is not necessary.
For a distance Reiki or IET session, an informal intake process will take place prior to the session so that we can discuss your intentions for healing. There is nothing you need to do during a Reiki or IET session, except to relax and receive in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
